Role Description
We are seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer and Framer Expert to join our team on-site in McLean, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces while enhancing user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design wireframes, prototype interactive user flows, and implement designs. Additionally, leveraging your expertise in Framer, you will create high-fidelity prototypes and animations to communicate design concepts effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in UI and UX design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design
- Experience with design tools such as Framer, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to translate user research and feedback into user-centered designs
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects, with examples of high-fidelity Framer prototypes
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment
