Job Description

As part of the Enterprise Systems team, you'll be part of a team for all things Salesforce — helping manage the platform's day-to-day operations, driving adoption, and turning business needs into well-structured workflows and insights. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the potential of Salesforce to improve operations, automate processes, and provide data that drives smarter decisions.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support, troubleshooting, and administrative requests across the organization

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tailored Salesforce configurations

Support data quality efforts through imports, exports, de-duplication, cleansing, and ongoing maintenance using tools such as Data Loader or Workbench

Optimize system functionality by identifying and resolving performance issues and recommending improvements

Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively apply new features where they add value

Deliver user training and create documentation for onboarding, platform changes, and best practices

Partner with Salesforce developers and external vendors when needed to support more complex customizations and integrations

Maintain process documentation and ensure the Salesforce environment is secure, compliant, and audit-ready

Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce platform's evolving capabilities, and bring recommendations to the team

Exposure to Salesforce integrations with platforms like NetSuite, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools

3+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a business environment

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and modern UI components
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including automation (Flow, Process Builder, etc.), Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party solutions
  • A keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and a passion for process improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Native or C1 level English proficiency.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
