Make a meaningful difference in mental health services with CASA Mental Health as a Therapy Support Navigator. Provide vital support to children and families in the High Level community.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional eager to impact mental health positively. The Therapy Support Navigator will assist therapists, manage caseloads, and facilitate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will have the responsibility of coordinating support groups and outreach initiatives while connecting families to essential community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with screening and assessment interviews
- Manage casework for assigned caseloads
- Model and coach families on treatment plans
- Coordinate psycho-educational groups for youth
- Connect patients to community mental health resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- Three years of mental health treatment experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle access
- Pass Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector
- Maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification
