As a Quality Associate Vehicle Inspection, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of vehicle inspection data captured virtually. This role is critical in maintaining the quality standards of CARS24s car listing process, ensuring that customers and partners get the most transparent and correct vehicle information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate technical details of vehicles inspected virtually (engine, transmission, mileage, variant, year of manufacture, etc.).
• Cross-check car details with OEM standards, internal guidelines, and inspection reports.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing data in virtual inspections and coordinate for corrections.
• Ensure adherence to CARS24 quality standards before vehicle data is published on the platform.
• Collaborate with Inspection Teams (WSM), Catalogue, and Tech Support to resolve inspection-related errors.
• Monitor inspection quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate technical or quality issues to the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to inspection executives to enhance accuracy in virtual checks.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Solid understanding of automotive components, vehicle specifications, and OEM standards.
• Experience in vehicle inspection, quality audits, or technical assessment roles.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors and validate inspection data accurately.
• Good analytical and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to uphold quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
