About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will manage lead generation and performance-focused campaigns for national and international clients while gaining exposure to advanced advertising strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Generation and Remarketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and conversions
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing and campaign optimization
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance
• Work with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking tools
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams
• Stay updated with advertising platforms and digital marketing trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience running Lead Generation campaigns
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversion Tracking
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills
• Agency experience preferred
• Google Ads or Meta Certifications will be an advantage
