Job Summary

We are hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home care services throughout Northern Virginia. Caregivers support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and safety in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred (PCA experience welcome)
• Willingness to complete required training if needed
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Reliable transportation preferred (case-dependent)
• CPR/First Aid a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
