Video Editor/ Social Media manager

Role: Video Editor (Reels + Performance Content)+ Posting on Social Media

Type: Full time (with monthly retainer + performance incentive)

About the Role

We’re looking for a fast, creative video editor who understands what stops the scroll.

This is not just editing — this is building content that converts.

If you live on Instagram, understand trends, and can turn raw footage into high-performing reels — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Edit daily reels (short-form content) for Instagram & ads
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, and pacing that drive retention
• Turn basic footage into scroll-stopping content
• Work closely with the founder to test new content angles weekly
• Repurpose content for ads (UGC-style, performance-first)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of reels, hooks, and viral formats
• Experience with tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects
• Ability to edit fast (speed > perfection)
• Knows how to add subtitles, emojis, cuts, zooms, sound effects
• Bonus: Familiar with AI tools like Runway, Opus, etc.

Ideal Candidate

• Gen Z or young mindset
• Watches a LOT of reels
• Has opinions on content
• Comfortable working on a period care brand (important)

Compensation

• Monthly retainer + performance-based incentives
• Growth opportunity as the brand scales
