Description I host a leadership podcast and I’m looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can turn long-form episodes (45–60 minutes) into 3–4 high-impact, scroll-stopping clips per episode. These clips will be used across LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, so I’m not just looking for basic editing—I’m looking for someone who understands what makes content perform.
