Job Description
This position is only hiring candidates that live in the state of FL or GA. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will drive the company’s demand generation and brand awareness efforts, with the goal of creating pipeline. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing experience in the technology sector, is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Salary $55k-$65k Key Responsibilities Cross channel campaign management
- Plan, build, and deploy email, social, paid search, and nurture campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Segment and maintain email lists within HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform).
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and formats to optimize open and click-through rates including landing page and website optimization.
- Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and report on key KPIs (CTR, MQLs, conversions). Event Marketing
- Plan and execute industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars—from logistics and booth management to lead follow-up.
- Manage event calendars, vendor relationships, and promotional materials.
- Measure event performance, lead generation impact, and ROI reporting. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience within a B2B technology, SaaS, or data intelligence company.
- Proven success managing email marketing campaigns and events end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Travel once a month to business office and or events.
