Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Perform data analysis on financial, operational, and business datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop data models, business rules, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
• Work with AI and technology teams to define AI-enabled solutions and automation use cases.
• Support testing activities including UAT, data validation, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate workshops, status discussions, and requirement review sessions.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and timelines while ensuring governance and quality standards.
• Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives across business functions.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience in process mapping, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Ability to work in agile and transformation-driven environments.
• Strong experience in business analysis and data analysis.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
