• Connect with customers through calls in a professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions clearly
• Follow up with interested customers and support conversions
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
• Handle customer queries confidently and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every stage
