Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Edtech Counselor (B2C) located in Bengaluru. The Edtech Counselor will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational needs, and provide tailored consultation for career-focused online programs. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing leads, resolving inquiries, guiding applicants through the enrollment process, and ensuring excellent student satisfaction by providing ongoing support and communication. Close collaboration with marketing and admissions teams to align on goals and strategies is also integral to the role.
