Full Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Maintenance Mechanic with experience maintaining and troubleshooting bottle packaging equipment in a nutritional, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, changeover, repair, preventive maintenance, and optimization of packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, setup, disassembly, assembly, and preventive maintenance on bottle packaging equipment.

Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.

Execute line changeovers, equipment adjustments, and startup activities.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to established schedules.

Support production teams by ensuring packaging equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Follow all safety, GMP, SOP, and company procedures.

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience on bottle packaging lines.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in nutritional supplements, food, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Experience performing equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.

Working knowledge of GMP and manufacturing safety requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
