We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is a mid to senior level individual contributor role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation in a multi-cloud environment (Azure and AWS).

You will play a key role in building CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, supporting container orchestration, and improving observability to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment of applications and services using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Work with containerization technologies (Docker) and manage Kubernetes workloads (AKS preferred).
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor, Sumo Logic, or DataDog.
• Automate operational tasks and workflows using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement cloud security best practices and maintain compliance standards.
• Provide Level 2 production support, participate in incident resolution, and assist with deployments and hotfixes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 -7 years of hands-on DevOps experience in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and ARM/Bicep.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Azure Monitor, DataDog, Sumo Logic, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell).
• Good understanding of networking concepts and cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate) are a plus.
