IP/OP Pharmacy Incharge

Role & responsibilities:

• Cross-checking and forwarding indents to central drug store on a regular basis, performing periodic stock verifications.
• Ensuring availability of optimum stock, confirming that dispensing part is dealt with zero drug errors.
• Regularly visiting consultants; coordinating manpower management.
• Checking and informing logistics in-charge about the expiry period of materials for timely disposal.
• Monitoring and analyzing daily bounces.
• Ensuring availability of fast moving material

Required knowledge: The candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience in materials management. Good knowledge of the Organizations policies and procedures expected.

Required skills: The candidate should have good communication and coordinating skills;

should have a disciplined, innovative and proactive approach.

Education, experience & formal training: MBA (Materials Mgmt.)/Diploma (Materials

Management/SCM) with at least 5 years experience in handling similar responsibilities.

Role complexity: The job requires coordination and verification among units as well as contractors.
