The Inside Sales Analyst plays a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers in the pharmaceutical sector. By engaging in direct sales activities, this position is designed to achieve individual and organizational sales goals.
Job Summary
As a Pharmaceutical Customer Sales Representative with ParMed, you will focus on promoting generic pharmaceutical products to a designated group of Independent Retail pharmacies. Your responsibilities will include building new business relationships while nurturing connections with current clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong rapport with pharmaceutical business partners.
- Utilize effective sales tools to craft compelling pitches and secure sales opportunities.
- Incorporate value statements and insightful questioning to understand customer needs.
- Expand your market knowledge and leverage it for sales success.
- Collaborate with fellow Inside Sales Representatives to formulate and execute selling strategies that meet budgetary targets.
- Implement targeted sales campaigns effectively.
- Consistently meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales metrics.
- Manage incoming sales opportunities efficiently.
- Adjust daily coverage assignments as necessary to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in outside or inside sales preferred.
- Strong skills in process management, customer service, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

- Display understanding of Cardinal Health and the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors, terminology, technology, and customer needs.
- Initiate introductory calls with the aim of building lasting business relationships.
- Maximize customer engagement through consistent communication with new and existing clients.
- Support territory management by working closely with assigned territory Sales Representatives.
- Effectively negotiate and collaborate to create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consult with supervisors or experienced colleagues on complex challenges.
Compensation
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour with incentive plan eligibility. Bonus opportunities available.
