Position

ESG Data Analyst Intern

Location:

Hybrid – 2–3 days/week from our Delhi NCR office

Duration:

3 months | Unpaid

What You’ll Work On:

• Analyze sustainability and ESG data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards for BRSR, GHG emissions, and ESG KPIs (Power BI & Tableau)
• Automate reporting using Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA preferred)
• Evaluate corporate ESG performance and contribute to Net Zero strategy reviews
• Support data validation and disclosure processes across ESG frameworks

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with ESG frameworks like BRSR, GRI, CDP, Net Zero
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, Data Validation)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for sustainability
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a startup setting

Eligibility:

• Based in or able to commute to Delhi NCR for hybrid work
• Able to work 2–3 days/week in-office
