As a Warehouse Compliance Auditor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the precision and integrity of our warehouse processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence in operational efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly, with a focus on verifying inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. This role is essential in maintaining an accurate and efficient warehouse environment. The key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and uncover discrepancies.
• Assessing warehouse systems and procedures to verify compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Documenting audit findings in detail and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
• Ensuring all inventory movements and stock levels are accurately recorded.
• Collaborating with warehouse teams to address inventory discrepancies and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Providing suggestions for enhancing warehouse accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency based on audit results.
• Assisting in training warehouse personnel on proper inventory control and auditing procedures.
• Helping in the creation and maintenance of audit processes and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in inventory and warehouse processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse functions.
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially in documenting and reporting audit outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse auditing or inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or other inventory tracking systems.
• Experience with compliance to warehouse safety standards and regulations.
