Auto Technician Mechanic

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repairs, and specific knowledge in transmission repair and service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles
• Perform transmission diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, and replacements
• Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tire services, etc.)
• Inspect systems and components for proper functionality
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred (especially in Transmission/Drivetrain) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with transmission repair and diagnostics
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
