Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and sales across e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize SEO efforts using advanced SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels that resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to attract targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Implement conversion optimization tactics through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance analytics to increase sales conversions.
  • Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop for content creation and visual branding consistency.
  • Maintain content management systems such as WordPress to ensure website updates are timely and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Support email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers in a competitive e-commerce landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other coding languages is a plus for technical website adjustments.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts that drive engagement.
  • Expertise in social media management tools and strategies for B2B (business-to-business) marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform decisions that improve campaign performance.
  • Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development.
