You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.General Responsibilities:Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenariosUnderstand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the businessDeliver solutions in Workday Recruiting, through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standardsEffectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilitiesBuild & maintain thorough documentation for system implementationPrimary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspectiveProvide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (Recruiting, HCM)At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platformAt least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reportsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, HCM)2+ years of experience with Workday IntegrationsExperience working in an agile delivery environmentWorkday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting)2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization).The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
