Job Description
Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting our range of air compressors and related equipment. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of industrial equipment sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of air compressors and associated equipment to clients
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements accurately and timely
- Assist customers with designing new compressed air systems
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or related fields
- Strong technical understanding of air compressors, pneumatic systems, or mechanical equipment is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
