Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and support reporting processes and policies
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Liaise with other Analysts to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Track key performance indicators as defined by senior members of the team
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Understand customer needs, regularly seek feedback and incorporate these into analytical product design
- Understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Support in the Manipulation, analysis of data sets relating to the business
- Engaged with and actively contribute to the data analytics community
