Service Delivery Manager-Warehouse Management Systems

Your Role
- Lead end-to-end engagement management for complex, multi‑tower ADM projects.
- Ensure financial governance and overall project financial health.
- Manage staffing, resource planning, and multi‑country teams (50+ members).
- Oversee ITIL processes to prevent SLA breaches and maintain service quality.
- Provide 24×7 support oversight, including weekend crisis management.
Your Profile
- Mandatory: Strong experience as SDM(Service Delivery Manager) in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) — preferably Manhattan / Manhattan Active.
- Minimum 12+ years in large, multi-tower IT projects with MNC exposure.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of Application Maintenance (AM), configuration management, and team optimisation.
- Certifications like ITILv3, PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; ability to travel extensively and demonstrate thought leadership.
