Your Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions with a focus on Order Management Systems (OMS). You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, high‑performance applications using Lightning Web Components and Salesforce best practices.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement and support Salesforce Order Management Systems (OMS) and related integrations.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications using Salesforce ORG configurations, flows, and validations.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components and Lightning Experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability across solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Your Profile
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Framework.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working on complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across distributed teams.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
