The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and mentoring of junior designers.
Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking Create user journey maps, personas, and experience maps Design wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and design system alignment Drive UX process integration with Agile sprints Required Skillset 7–10 years of UX/UI experience in enterprise environments Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Sketch Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design Experience with data visualization and complex workflows Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
