A Subject Matter Expert/Agile Dev Team Member who provides expertise in requirements gathering, analyzing, and designing Farmers Personal Lines Insurance Applications; Recognizes customer's business processes and products to enhance application functionality; Validates technical designs to meet business needs; Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding end-to-end view of the system; Performs quality checks on project deliverables to ensure Business requirements are met; Validates systems are architecturally sound, code component quality is adequate; Estimates effort and cost for new functionalities; Recommends integration and testing criteria; Assists in implementation and troubleshooting system issues.
