Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and personable intern for our Partnerships & Sales Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students interested in business development, sponsorships, and sales within the entertainment industry. The intern will gain hands-on experience identifying partnership opportunities, supporting outreach efforts, and contributing to the growth of our artist roster's business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators for artists and events
- Support the development and delivery of partnership proposals and pitch decks
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing partners and sponsors
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics and sales activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables are met
- Assist with outreach campaigns, including drafting emails and follow-up communications
- Support day-to-day business development and sales team tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a College or University program in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence
- Ability to identify opportunities and think strategically about business development
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting proposals and outreach materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
