Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive intern for our Live Event Management Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students interested in coordinating live music performances and supporting logistical operations within the entertainment industry. The intern will gain hands-on experience in organizing live events, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful performances.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for live music performances and events.
  • Assist in booking artists and scheduling performances.
  • Support the execution of live events to ensure smooth operations and audience satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University program in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
