The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Highway/EPC sector, managing financial operations across multiple site locations.Roles & Responsibilities:Financial Controllership: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including monthly/quarterly closing and finalization of balance sheets as per Indian Accounting Standards.Project Costing: Monitor Cost vs. Budget for highway projects; perform variance analysis and suggest cost-optimization strategies.Treasury & Banking: Oversee fund mobilization, working capital management, and liaison with banks for credit facilities and BG/LC limits.Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
