The Senior Programmer Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce and .NET applications to support business operations. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development, administration, and integration, as well as extensive experience in .NET/C# software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Salesforce Responsibilities:
Perform complex data migrations from legacy applications to Salesforce.
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex (classes, triggers, scheduling, batch processing, managing Governor Limits), custom objects, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Framework.
Develop and implement Salesforce solutions within Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
Utilize Salesforce automation tools to enhance system efficiency.
Develop and maintain UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Manage object modeling, database integration, and platform connectivity using REST/SOAP APIs and Data Loader.
Configure and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, groups, and permissions for proper access control.
Configure and customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards according to business needs.
Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II
Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator
.NET/C# Responsibilities:
NET applications with a strong focus on C#.
Lead software development initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Implement DevOps principles and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Utilize issue tracking, project management, and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Manage source control systems like Azure Git or GitHub
Develop applications for Microsoft Azure (PaaS & IaaS) and other cloud platforms like AWS.
Ensure software quality by implementing appropriate QA/testing methodologies.
NET Framework 4.NET 8+, Desktop UI apps, Windows Services, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, WSDL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML.
Develop REST/SOAP APIs and manage secure data transactions.
Design relational databases and write efficient SQL scripts.
Implement dependency injection and unit testing methodologies.
Follow secure software development practices and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Administer and configure Microsoft IIS web applications.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline development.
Experience with Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server database development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
NET software development.
Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
