- Créer et mettre à jours des demandes d’achat au ERP;
- Supporter gestion des fournisseurs en veillant à ce que les coûts soient bien suivis;
- Générer les différents rapports d’inventaire;
- Faire la saisi de données au ERP au niveau des items en inventaire;
- Faire le suivi avec les clients et les fournisseurs au niveau des factures et des soumissions;
- Faire la saisi des données des demandes d’achat des clients;
- Supporter la gestion des relations quotidiennes avec les partenaires internes et externes;
- Générer les rapports de performance pour les achats;
- Répondre de manière efficace aux demandes de clients internes et externes.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Avoir une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et communicationnelle;
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout;
- Avoir un bon jugement;
- Être autonome;
- Être organisé, capable de gérer les priorités et plusieurs tâches en mêmes temps dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement;
- Capable d’interagir avec professionnalisme en tout temps;
- Être en mesure de respecter les délais;
