At Wild Wing, we're seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor who will lead the Food & Beverage team. This role involves managing the restaurant's operations efficiently while promoting menu items and current promotions effectively. You will ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and maintain inventory accuracy throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure shift opening/closing procedures are followed
• Maintain cash and inventory accuracy during shifts
• Promote menu items and current promotions actively
• Ensure safe storage upon product delivery
• Support front and back-of-house operations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum three years in Food & Beverage field
• Smart Serve certification required; Food Safe preferred
• Positive, outgoing personality with team leadership experience
• Experience with SQUIRREL POS system preferred
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
