Job Description

Drive improvements in the Accounts Payable process as a Financial Specialist. Focus on resolving 3-way match discrepancies and enhancing reporting capabilities for vendor management.

This role will involve collaborating with various departments to troubleshoot and optimize high-maintenance vendor payments. You will provide in-depth project support and ensure accurate documentation of processes and queries, enhancing operational workflows. Additionally, training payment representatives will be a key element of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve vendor 3-way match discrepancies
  • Support Merch AP project initiatives
  • Update and create process documentation
  • Generate and fulfill reporting requests
  • Train team members on payment processes

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI
  • Familiarity with major financial systems
  • Strong financial acumen related to AP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
