Drive improvements in the Accounts Payable process as a Financial Specialist. Focus on resolving 3-way match discrepancies and enhancing reporting capabilities for vendor management.
This role will involve collaborating with various departments to troubleshoot and optimize high-maintenance vendor payments. You will provide in-depth project support and ensure accurate documentation of processes and queries, enhancing operational workflows. Additionally, training payment representatives will be a key element of your responsibilities.

- Support Merch AP project initiatives
- Update and create process documentation
- Generate and fulfill reporting requests
- Train team members on payment processes
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI
- Familiarity with major financial systems
- Strong financial acumen related to AP
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
