To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing Join CIBC’s Technology Operations team as a Technical Systems Analyst Co-op, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in application provisioning and system administration. As part of your co-op term, you’ll be trained on key processes and tools, and you’ll be responsible for handling provisioning requests and completing a set of assigned tasks. You’ll have opportunities to implement process improvements, collaborate on presentations, and develop documentation to support team initiatives. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency. Documentation and Artifacts – Develop and maintain clear documentation and presentation materials to support operational processes and knowledge sharing. Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals, participate in meetings, and contribute to group discussions. Technical Skill Development – Gain hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, and scripting languages, with guidance and training provided throughout your term. You can clearly explain ideas and contribute to presentations and documentation for a variety of audiences. You’re pursuing a related education.
