To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Consultant, AI Enablement on the Enterprise AI Platforms and Solutions team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Generative AI at CIBC. Your work will drive innovation and efficiency across the bank by identifying, building, and scaling GenAI solutions that deliver measurable value. In this hybrid product ownership and advisory role, you'll define and prioritize the GenAI capability roadmap, partner with technology teams to deliver new features, and enable business partners to adopt AI in their workflows. You'll also champion user experience, ensuring that GenAI solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with best practices in usability. Your contributions will help position CIBC as a leader in enterprise AI adoption. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How You'll Succeed Product Ownership and Delivery – Serve as Product Owner for one or more pods, managing backlogs, defining user stories, and leading agile ceremonies to maximize business value. GenAI Feature Identification and Strategy – Research emerging GenAI features, translate business needs into actionable enhancements, and develop a feature roadmap aligned with strategic priorities. Collaboration with Technology Teams – Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver GenAI capabilities from concept to production, ensuring technical feasibility and mitigating delivery risks. AI Enablement and Education – Engage with business partners across the bank, conduct workshops and demos, and build enablement materials to support GenAI adoption. User Experience Advocacy – Collaborate with UX designers, incorporate user feedback, and advocate for seamless, intuitive user experiences in all aspects of GenAI platform development. Who You Are You can demonstrate solid agile experience. You have a strong background in product management, consulting, or technology delivery roles within financial services or a similarly regulated industry. You understand Generative AI and have a deep knowledge of large language models and their practical enterprise applications. You bring proven experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent agile delivery role, where you’ve defined priorities, driven results, and led teams through agile processes. You’re an agile leader with hands-on experience collaborating with UX designers or directly enhancing user experiences for digital products. You're a strong communicator. You excel at translating complex technical topics for non-technical audiences and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You give meaning to data.
