About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly personable individual who enjoys working with people and is motivated by results.

This role is centered around creating a welcoming and engaging experience for families while actively driving enrollment. You will play a key role in helping families discover the right programs for their children, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring a smooth journey from first inquiry to registration.

In addition, you will contribute to the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions, and special programs that support community engagement and program growth.

  • Naturally outgoing, energetic, and confident speaking with people
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable guiding conversations and influencing decisions
  • Results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities

A Great Fit If You…

  • Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
  • Have a natural ability to turn conversations into commitments
  • Bring positive energy into a space and engage those around you
  • Take ownership and care about outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, client-facing roles, or enrollment-based environments
  • Experience in education, arts, or working with children
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or registration systems

Why Join CCSA

  • Be part of a creative and inspiring environment
  • Work alongside artists and educators
  • Play a meaningful role in growing a respected art school
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time

  • A parent is interested but says they want to “think about it.” What would you say or do next?

(We are looking for how you guide the conversation, not just politeness.)

How do you personally handle rejection or hesitation from clients? What is your approach to follow-up?
