Responsibilities
- Assist in managing users, roles, profiles, and access permissions within Salesforce.
- Support data maintenance activities such as data entry, cleaning, deduplication, and imports using tools like Data Loader.
- Help create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Troubleshoot basic user issues and provide first-level support for Salesforce-related queries.
- Assist in configuring standard features like objects, fields, page layouts, and simple automation (Flows).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support system improvements or enhancements.
