CA-Mart is hiring a high-performance Business Development, Retail Operations & Franchise Growth Manager to help aggressively grow our retail, wholesale, corporate, and franchise operations across Niagara and beyond.
This is NOT an average retail management position.
We are looking for a driven leader from the wireless / cellphone / telecom industry who understands sales psychology, leadership, urgency, accountability, franchise development, and business growth.
We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully done this before — someone with real experience growing retail operations, wholesale accounts, corporate sales, business development, or franchise expansion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Retail Sales Growth
- Driving aggressive retail sales performance
- Increasing phone, accessory, financing, and warranty sales
- Training staff on customer conversion and closing
- Building a strong in-store sales culture
Wholesale Expansion
- Building relationships with dealers and resellers
- Expanding wholesale business across Ontario
- Developing long-term reseller partnerships
- Managing inventory movement and dealer growth
Corporate / B2B Growth
- Securing business and corporate accounts
- Building recurring sales opportunities
- Creating partnerships and long-term business relationships
Franchise Development & Expansion
- Identifying and qualifying franchise and investor leads
- Selling and presenting CA-Mart franchise opportunities
- Assisting with franchise system growth and expansion
- Helping build multi-location operations and systems
- Maintaining operational and branding consistency across locations
Operations & Leadership
- Managing team accountability and discipline
- Solving operational challenges quickly
- Monitoring KPIs, margins, and performance
- Maintaining urgency, organization, and execution
Requirements
- MUST have wireless / cellphone / telecom industry experience
- MUST have previous experience growing retail, wholesale, corporate, or franchise operations
- Strong retail and sales leadership background
- Proven ability to grow sales and manage teams
- Strong understanding of business development and expansion
- Franchise sales or business opportunity sales experience is a major asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High urgency and performance mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced environments
- Experience with Shopify, Marketplace platforms, or online sales is an asset
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation
Base Salary
$46,000 per year
Performance-Based Earnings
Realistic earning potential: $46,000 – $105,000+ annually based on performance and results.
Additional Earnings Include
- Retail sales performance bonuses
- Wholesale account commissions
- Corporate/B2B account commissions
- KPI and store growth bonuses
- Franchise development incentives
Franchise Commission Structure
- $2,500 bonus for securing a franchise investor with $100,000 investment
- $3,000 bonus for securing a franchise investor with $200,000 investment
- $5,000 bonus for securing a franchise investor with $300,000 investment
- 5% recurring commission on net profit from corporate accounts created by the manager (paid annually)
