Recruiter: Manon Bélanger/manon.belanger@airliquide.com/514-241-9029 Summary Job Description: The mission of the Local Procurement Representative is to act as a relay between procurement and operations. They also support supply chain activities & programs and contribute to saving targets while ensuring a good Service Level for Operations & Support Functions. Key Responsibilities Identify the right internal stakeholder for specific need (Project, Contract, Category) Support operations in their daily procurement needs. Execute local purchasing and manage local supplier relationships. Manage local spend and perform analysis on local category cost base and suppliers to ensure delivery of spend targets. Study and analyze reports Oversee approval of accounts receivable and procurement Can execute spot buy if needed on urgent cases Ensure coaching and development of the administrative team when required.
