Do you enjoy sports bars, social media, big crowds, and occasionally buying strangers a beer in the name of “marketing”?
We are hiring one Tom’s World Cup Ambassador in each of our 18 U.S. locations ahead of the World Cup.
Your mission:
Become the face of football at your local Tom’s Watch Bar. Part ambassador, part content creator, part hype machine, part football encyclopedia, and part professional socializer.
Non-negotiables:
- Must be able to start ASAP (Tuesday, May 26)
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be ok with an 8-week contract
- Must share your social media handles as part of your application
What You’ll Actually Do
- Promote Tom’s World Cup viewing experiences and reserved seating opportunities on your social media
- Create nonstop World Cup content across every platform imaginable (allowing you to grow your own handles alongside this role)
- Post crowd shots, reactions, matchday energy, predictions, memes, celebrations, and general football chaos
- Hang out at Tom’s Watch Bar in the lead-up to the World Cup, and especially during key football events and World Cup matches
- Talk football with guests and build excitement around the tournament
- Use a personalized ticketing link and earn commission on ticket sales you drive
- Create an atmosphere, build a crowd
- Help turn your local Tom’s into the go-to World Cup destination in your city
- Build relationships with local supporter groups, influencers, soccer communities, and fans
- Make friends and influence people
- You’re not just watching soccer. You’re turning Tom’s into your city’s World Cup HQ.
