Rough Carpenter/Forklift Operator Prescott–Russell

Clement Homes is seeking a skilled Rough Carpenter/Forklift Operator to join our construction team across various Prescott–Russell project sites, most specifically in Russell, Ontario. As part of a growing organization specializing in high‑quality multi‑residential construction, you will play a key role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our builds.

In this position, you will:

• Read and interpret blueprints to support foundation and structural work.
• Work with multiple materials—cement, wood, and steell—to prepare structures before finish work begins.
• Build and install scaffolding, railings, and stairs with a focus on strength, precision, and safety.
• Operate a forklift safely to move building materials as required by subcontractors.
• Inspect foundation and framing work for quality assurance, including framing and flooring checks.
• Ensure that all foundational structures are stable, secure, and ready for subsequent construction phases.
