Associate software engineer

We are looking for a fresh Engineering graduate with a B.E in IT/IS/Computer science/Computer engineering

Candidates with basic knowledge or understanding of Salesforce OR PHP with related training/certification will have an added advantage

JOB ROLE:

SALESFORCE RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Address the support tickets raised by users in Salesforce.

2.Implement Business logics using apex classes,visualforce pages and triggers in QA Environment.

3.Carry out Salesforce admin activities like User management,Data Management,Process Automation in QA Environment etc.

4.Test the functionalities of Salesforce using Postman tool.

5.Cross verify the data updation using the reports.

6.Train the newly joined users on Salesforce Flow of the organisation.

7.Carry out R&D Activities about the release managements in Salesforce.

8.Coordinate with team for Tasks related updates.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Maintenance and testing of website and its functionalities.

2.Test website forms integrated with Salesforce.

3.Coordinate with HOD with reference to renewal of domain services for the websites.

4.Send service book requests to DAM Team.

5.Download SF Attachments and uploading to local server.

6.Maintenance of web-hosting services of Contabo and Siteground.

7.Maintenance of AWS accounts, its features for Salesforce Attachments storage.

8.Maintenance of Local servers for Data storage of Salesforce attachments.

9.Need based Website development in PHP, Wordpress

10.Maintenance of Onsite Expert Webapp

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
