C-DISC Technologies is a deep-tech construction startup incubated at IIT Kanpur and NIT Calicut building PEN Foundation a patented, GRIHA certified pre-engineered nail foundation system. Installs in few hours. Zero excavation. We're not here to disrupt construction. We're here to become the default standard for how the world builds its foundations. We're growing fast and looking for one person who grows with us.
The Role
- Full time, on site, Kozhikode
- This is the full stack role
- You're not supporting a marketing team, you're building the visual language of a deep tech construction company from scratch
What You'll Own
- Instagram and LinkedIn content: posts, carousels, reels
- 3D renders and vector illustrations of the product and its applications
- Explainer videos and motion content
- Pitch deck visuals and investor facing design
- Branding materials, logos, and web design assets
- Brand consistency across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- Strong visual instinct: you know what good looks like
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into compelling visuals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Experience with web design, logo design, and branding
- Self-directed: you own the output, not just the task
- Conventional tools or AI tool agnostic, output obsessed
- A portfolio that speaks before you do
