Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our influencer partnerships team by identifying and connecting with Category-A celebrities, high-profile influencers, public figures and thought leaders across international markets.

The role will involve reaching out directly to influencers and creators as well as their talent managers, agents and representation agencies to explore potential collaborations.

We are particularly interested in working with creators and public personalities engaged in strategic communications, crisis communication, public affairs, political advocacy, social impact, and policy-driven content.

The objective is to support high-impact collaborations with globally recognised personalities and influential voices in sensitive and high-stakes communication domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify Category-A influencers, celebrities, journalists, policy commentators and public intellectuals across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, podcasts and media platforms.
• Identify and map their talent managers, representation firms and agencies internationally.
• Conduct outreach directly to influencers as well as their managers or agencies to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain a structured database with verified contact details and profiles.
• Support outreach efforts by preparing targeted contact lists and tracking responses.
• Coordinate follow-ups and manage basic communication workflows.
• Assist with market mapping of influential voices across regions and platforms, especially in policy, governance, media, science and social-impact spaces.

Requirements

• Strong online research and data organisation skills.
• Experience identifying and reaching out to influencers, creators, celebrities or public personalities.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, talent management, public affairs or strategic communications is a strong advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools or project management systems.
• Ability to understand sensitive topics such as crisis communication, advocacy campaigns and reputation management.
