Role Overview

Looking for a Technical Manager with strong Informatica IICS expertise to lead integration programs, drive architecture, and manage end-to-end delivery across cloud and on-prem systems.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years in Integration, with strong Informatica IICS experience
• Hands-on with:
• Data Integration (DI), Application Integration, API Manager
• Mappings, Taskflows, Workflows, APIs
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, OData, flat files
• Experience in:
• IICS setup (Secure Agents, environments, connections)
• Performance tuning & troubleshooting
• Agile/Scrum experience (Jira)

Leadership & Architecture

• Led teams of 7+ members
• Strong in solution design & architecture discussions
• Experience in program management & delivery governance
• Good client/stakeholder communication

Nice to Have

• EDI (Gentran)
• Cloud platform exposure
• Monitoring & alerting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design & build integrations using IICS
• Lead architecture, code reviews, and best practices
• Manage full SDLC (Design → Deploy)
• Handle issue resolution, RCA, and performance optimization
• Drive client interactions and delivery planning

Ideal Profile

• 15+ years IT experience with strong integration background
• Proven leadership in enterprise integration projects
