Role Summary

Seeking a senior SAP IS-U FICA Lead Consultant with strong Utilities domain experience to lead configuration, implementation, and support of FICA processes within the SAP IS-U environment.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP IS-U FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
• Strong Utilities industry experience
• End-to-end SAP IS-U implementation/support
• Configuration of billing, invoicing, payments, collections, dunning
• Integration with SAP IS-U Billing & Device Management
• Client-facing consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U FICA design & configuration
• Gather business requirements and provide solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and production issues
• Work with cross-functional SAP IS-U teams
• Provide functional guidance to stakeholders
