We are looking for an experienced **Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant** with strong expertise in **Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, and Field Service)** and deep hands-on experience in **customizations, integrations, and solution deployment**.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations
- Work on plugins, workflows, and portal development
- Perform debugging, testing, and modifications following development best practices
- Collaborate directly with client teams and Microsoft for solution delivery
- Support solution deployment and ensure adherence to development methodologies
Experience Required: 12+ years in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
