Assembler/Machine Operator

We are a family-owned plastic manufacturing shop located just 20 minutes outside Kitchener-Waterloo. We specialize in fabricating plastic storage tanks primarily for the Agriculture industry and are seeking a dedicated General Laborer/Assembler to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble parts and finished products
• Move components and finished parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform final assembly quality inspections and checklists
• Assist with packaging and shipping preparations when needed
• Support team members with various production tasks
• Operate plastic molding machines, perform high precision trimming, finishing and quality control of products.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs from floor to waist
• Ability to climb ladders safely
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience an asset
