Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer with experience in civil and interior fit-out execution, capable of independently managing site activities, contractors, quality, and timelines.

️ Key Responsibilities

Execute civil and interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines

Monitor daily site activities and maintain site records and reports

Check material quality and quantities at site

Assist in billing, BOQs, and measurements

Identify, escalate, and resolve site-level issues proactively

✅ Mandatory Requirements

2–3 years of relevant site execution experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Experience in commercial / residential civil & interior fit-outs (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site measurements / Willingness to learn the same

Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors

Willingness to work full-time at project sites and join hands with the senior site engineers, PM and the CEO
